Featuring a rap by Kweku Kwofie, this funky/jazzy tune delves into the the day-to-day balancing act of doing what you ought to be doing versus doing what you know will feel good at the time. Written while touring in New Zealand, I found this theme cropping up all over the place, in my own experiences and in the lives of many of the people I was traveling with. Musically the modulation between major and minor and the changing phrase lengths mirror this rational/emotional struggle.
